History of the Fair Organizers Association (TFYD)

The Fair Organizers Association was established in Istanbul in 1997 with the aim of ensuring the solidarity and unity of organizations operating in the fair industry, creating a platform where they can carry out their activities for constructive and developmental purposes, and establishing professional disciplines.

The association's purpose is to protect the rights of its members, prepare educational meetings, publications, and seminars for its members, provide training seminars to the personnel of companies participating in fairs, facilitate the opening of the fair industry in Turkey to foreign markets, develop relations with professions serving the fair industry, inform its members by conducting research on fairs, ensure that the services provided are at international standards, assist its members in licensing and technology transfer matters, take initiatives with the relevant authorities by taking the opinions of its members, and contribute to the national economy by developing and increasing the fair industry.
